The end of Summer and for two to three weeks in between each season is
the time for the stomach and the pancreas/spleen meridian.  During this
time we are led to express our desire to live and to find our place using
our own taste for life.  We renew our ability to respect others and
ourselves and to have the courage to start and complete projects. This is
the time to take action in life.  The sense that is most animated during this
season is the sense of taste.

When this meridian family is well nourished you will better
